At the next morning, Toph was in the way to go at the part she promised in go. The group started to have their ideas in find and hunt certain number of creatures and beasts just for fun; as know who has the better capabiities in be considered a good hunter.
The groups get ready to go at their first excursion off the limits of the kingdom; yet it is unsure if they are going to fight for first time with creatures very savage due be 'almost' rookie level.
The group of Kremlings got in order with the necessary weaponry and tools to deal with the wild life and nature itself; by methods Toph wanted to be applied while in the travel. There shall be a few groups who shall depend in teamwork and obtain confidence among.
She divided the groups in three groups.

The first group consisted in Rattlesnake Jake, A Krusha, a Klubba and herself; the second consisted in Dust, A Kutlass and two Klumps; and the third consisted in San, and one Kremling on each who is participating.
In the entrance, someone was watching the groups...yet sighed when its sight focused on San's. It didn't do nothing but stay there...playing with a weird trinket on his wings.

Toph and the groups arrived at the point where the exploration about being Hunters was going to begin.

"Alright! We had arrived. I hope you made your own schemes about how to survive in the wild. If you have the chance, you can find something around. And perhaps a good fight" She comments with enthusiasm. As she used the vibrations around to guide her own group towards a part of the zone. Dust has his doubts in follow the same trail, he decided to pick his own group at return into zones yellow or green...San in the other hand was being chosen to keep a small group of Kremlings behind her...the plan was make a hunt and return with all the team in one piece back at the kingdom with the preys hunted.

A plan easy to say than do. The wilds around the Southern Continent had already being taken by five forces who fought against the already Lords and Ladies of the Kingdom-in-Construction.

Undeads; Greenskins; Monsters; Sea Creatures...and now Jungle Inhabitants.

As soon they obtain the prey, they must escape the quickest they can. Stay much longer could be practically a suicide due the huge amount of creatures and enemies around that might ambush them in order to dwindle the defenses of the kingdom little by little..

While Toph continued inside the Red Zone; and Dust returned back at the Yellow-Green Ones; San decided to take her own group into a non-explored area to find out more diversity and enough things to hunt...yet still unaware about the creatures roaming the South Continent, and how big they could be.
San was using a small ceremonial dagger set with her; she never used them due be for special events or for personal things she wanted to do with...never to hunt. But that rule had been broken when Jamirus took her by kidnapping her mind and self.
Yet to put things unsure. Krocken affirmed in kill the winged-fiend but once he recovered to help Wing and Ciel; he couldn't find the body of the creature...with the horrible idea it escaped still alive...

A hunt she want to do when obtain the required attributes. She needed to find a way to capture the winged-fiend who might be more than a mere ritualist; she was guiding the selected group of Kremlings at the zone animals and few enemies shall appear around. She looked around.
The group always prevailed in defensive mode. Making small pauses to pick some herbs or rocks for personal things within their society. Perhaps some shamanism things they only know; or some things based in nature's power. A lot of questions which answers be revealed in future days.

"Wait!" She advised at the group who stayed behind. Looking each other "I smell something odd" she mentions.

She may never told to no one, but she was part of a family of hunters once but got attacked by a great creature in the Northern Continent; a big white-wolf. Much bigger than an elephant. The creature called itself Moro, the God of Wolves.
He attacked San's parents yet instead do the same of the once baby girl, he decided to breed her as a small wolf pup. She learned how to hunt as obtain some brothers within the den she shared.
Yet things came into a terrible climax, Moro took all wolves away when the Laughing Coffin tried to attack its den. Yet they couldn't find to trail of the big god...not even San, who escaped before being captured...but got lost when arrive at Mitahari. The Ancient City of the Magical Girls and Summoner Boys.

Due spend time with Moro and being breed as wolf; she enhanced her smell, hear and eyes to detect targets easy. "BEHIND YOU!!" She screamed at the group.

A Kutlass raised his swords when an approaching shadow leaped towards them. The creature could escape with small scratches as slashes on the belly and the six-pair of legs.
The creature was an enlongathed-black body with three pair of legs. Four in the front. And other two almost touching the tail zone.
A long quilled-tail covered in some kind of exoskeleton; covering all the back, and the upper section of the legs and paws. Its piercing predator eyes said everything. As a quilled-mane coming from its backhead; two frontal fangs. Respectively, one of the upper and the other on the jaw zone.
The big size of the creature they are encountering advice them it is related as some feline. But one without knowledge about.

The creature stood firmly on its two back-legs, raising its enlongathed body with the four legs almost floating as retracted towards the body as ready to leap against.
San took her ceremonial daggers out. As the Kremlings prepared against anything the creature shall gave at them.

"Stay focus and united" San whispers at the Kremlings, who nod simultaneously.

The creature, still on the already mentioned pose, roared revealing a distensible jaw. As the quills extended out of the skull and the black-exoskeleton like armor. As a mechanism to show dominance due size. Thing stupidly useless. To its eyes, the group looked as mere squirrels.
The roar sounded more as a heavy screech piercing the hearing sense of the onlookers. San growled against the creature as she tossed herself at battle.

Yet the creature, like observing her skills, dodge her by making a closed circle like mannuver as stroke on the left side by raise one of the four frontal legs...San's body flew at the other direction. As blasting over a rock. The Klubba charged against the creature by punching its way through...but as it did with San, the creature does the same on the Kremling but instead appearing on the side...it landed over Klubba's head.

San recovers as she shouted by going up the creature's back. The same roared in disappoval. As it rushed by pointing its own back onto a tree blasting San...who, due impact, left the back. The Kutlass approached by brandish its blades towards the exoskeleton.

Yet once the blades touched the same, they bounced as if the exoskeleton was made of some hard material that can absorb slashes.
The creature roared once again by giving a deathly grasp over a Kremling. Stomping on the ground.

San couldn't uphold the pain in let the mysterious-like beast continued with this. One is already death. So, she launched again towards it, by lauching three of her ceremonial daggers. All three bounced around the head of the beast; as it charged against the human. Yet, the Klubba grabbed from its tail...uncaring about the quills going inside its own body.

Like a ragdoll, the beast wiped out the Kremling's already death body away. With the quills piercing through its chest and going at its back as final destination. The Klump, Klobber and Kutlass charges against the beast; but the same reduced them by leaping over them...as a great cloud of dust and dirt covered the scene. San coughed due the impacts she received.
But, not going to give up so easily.
She faced the creature still with great hopes in hunt it down.

The creature just glares at the suicidial conviction of the human. Both started to share the same thoughts in murder the other with a deathly blow.
San was the first in attacking. Yet, some image appeared infront her.

"Stay behind" the weird character advised. As summons a great column of sand like wall to stop the deathly grasp of the creature; as summons a large staff with.
The creature tried to leap behind the column of sand; yet the character used a purple-like energy over it...and like slow-motion, the creature grasp movement was extremely slow.

San could see the character with her eyes. It looked as an anthro canine wearing golden armor upper body, covering its arms, shoulders and torso completely.
A king of crown-gold on its head can be seen. Five-finger paws on each arm side; as wearing a long-like tunic around the waist with a moon-sun symbol on it. No leg wearing can be seen. As a big furry tail.

"Who are you?" San asked with the energies left on her body.

"The name's Nasus" the character responded "I am here searching for worthy people to help. And it seems I find them"

The creature continued its attack as its speed slowly recovers from the purple-like energy the canine created few moments ago. San took off a pair of ceremonial knives ready to toss them at the monster infront.

"Do not attack the exterior" Nasus hesitated San's attacks, by pointing with his staff at the belly part "But the inside"

"How do you know?" San asked with disbelief on her eyes.

"Thanators are not your average creatures while hunting. As being one of the five apex predators around the Southern Continent" Nasus give the response quick; by infusing his staff with purple-energy.

The Thanator, beast which Nasus named, leaped towards them. But a quick hit of the canine over the snout of the beast flinched its move, San took the chance by going under it. As she used the daggers over its chest...yet anchoring if the creature was going to escape...thing it does.
Nasus had to stepped aside to let the beast leap away. Yet, it didn't finished as he summons a column of purple-energies in a zone to create a circle which traps the Thanator inside...receiving damage from beneath.

San received the damage also. She tries to get away, but the position she was had comprised in stay there...Nasus, unaware of this, continued with the spell. As approaching where the beast is. Infusing himself with purple-energy. Until an arrow landing a few steps before stopped him.
The Thanator shook its body. San landed on the floor with the tainted-in blood ceremonial daggers. She was lying on the ground looking up.

The creature just roared to leave the part of the forest. Nasus goes where San was by attending her wounds occasionated by both beast and himself. Then, he carries her in bridal way.

"I know you are looking on me" Nasus spoke towards the one who launched the arrow. None other but Tiz Arrior.

"It seems you had arrived at last" Tiz said by jumping over a branch to the floor "The Curator of the Sands. One of the last Mitahari's guardians"

"And it seems you arrived safe and sound into this part of the Southern Continent, old friend" Nasus smiles thinnly. Yet, behind the boy, the featherian was looking at.

"How many years had passed since our meeting?" Genocyder started.

"Since you was a hatchling" Nasus replies.
